If you are not sure what you want to do with your waste and still have some questions you can always plan a free advice call with one of our team. We have chosen a webapp because it is the easiest way to arrange for your waste to be collected. One advantage is that you can log into the app using a web browser. So you can use the app from a telephone, computer or tablet. This allows you to easily see your order and invoice history and make changes to your service with just a few clicks.

You can always plan in an extra waste pick-up after you have placed your order. Go back to the overview and by clicking on the ‘waste streams’ you can plan an extra collection. 

Once you have chosen the waste stream for collection and the quantity you can select a date and time to suit you. Please note: We do our best to pick-up at your chosen time, but we cannot yet guarantee this. 

We work with diverse transport and waste management service providers all with different sorts of vehicles so we are unable to inform you in advance who will come to pick-up your waste. Our slim logistics ensure that we always choose the most efficient and sustainable option available at any given time. On our website we list all the partners that we work with. 

 Once you are logged in the app, go to your profile. Select company and payment and fill your discount code in the reference ID field. Will organise the rest for you!

You can arrange a pick-up up to 48 hours in advance. The delivery time for a container is 5 working days.

Invoices are not yet visible in our app. If you use IDEAL you will receive confirmation via email. In the second week of the subsequent month you will receive an invoice with VAT for this payment. If you have chosen to pay later, then you will also receive an invoice in the second week of the subsequent month. Good to know that on the invoice there is a payment link so that you can pay with ease.
